I was awesome dude....

a good run down to borth early on and i saw this RNLI bloke waving at me..i thought oh poo i'm going to get told off or told 'not here mate', but low and behold it was derek of night kiting fame just saying hello during a break in training with the RNLI rib..

flew 'literally' back down to the golf course with somegreat wave riding toe to heal and riding in 6 inches of water at times with kite locked low and fast, pulling off some nice floaty airs to boot, then i caught up with andy B and gestured towards borth and we set off racing at times and playing in the surf, great fun especialy on the waves back up the coast, riding the wave running towards the kite then down looping and rocketing back out to sea, played for a few hours then decided to call it a day, with yesterdays ride as well top day.

and i'm not knackered one bit...this cycling lark certainley helps...

oh yea and thanks to neil for the Des Rez accommodation
